7. Acidity

Mango is useful in acidity and its enzymes help to relieve indigestion problems. Mango contains bio-active properties such as Esters, Terrenes and Aldehydes which supports for easy Digestion.

Unripe green mangoes are advantageous in curing gastro-intestinal disorders.

1.    Take 1 chopped raw mango or make a paste of it in grinder, add 1 tablespoon honey and black pepper in it. Also add pinches of salt to improve taste. Consume this fusion or add in your meal. How to make raw mango juice/ Kairi Panha


1 cup chopped raw/green mango or paste of raw/green mango.
Half cup Jaggery or honey or sugar - Quantity will depend on the sourness of the mangoes and your sweet tooth.
½ teaspoon Cardamom powder.
Half teaspoon black pepper powder.
2 teaspoon lime juice.
Salt or rock salt or black salt to improve the taste.

Mix all these ingredients together and grind them well, add 1-2 cup of water in it. You can boil the raw mango if you want. And your juice is ready. You can add ice cubes in this juice or you can store it in refrigerator.

How to make Ideal chutney


1 chopped raw mango
1 chopped onion
1 small red chilly & salt for taste
1 teaspoon cumin (jeera)
1 table spoon jaggery/sugar/honey
Half teaspoon black pepper


Grind all these ingredients in grinder, make a fine paste of it, add salt as per required. Keep in the container & store in the refrigerator. Add this chutney in your regular diet for the protection from heat stroke.

Mango strengthens and revitalizes the nerve tissues in heart, muscles, brain and other important parts of our body. Mango is rich in vitamin B-6, which is significant to maintain and develop the brain function. It also supports in the synthesis of the key neurotransmitters that are liable for determining the mood and variation of sleep patterns. Mango provides adequate amount of this vitamin B6.

2.    Make 1 cup of ripe mango juice, add 1-2 teaspoon lemon juice and 1 tablespoon honey in it. Also add 1 cup of curd and 1 teaspoon ginger juice. Consume this mixture 2-3 times a day to control loose motion.

3.    Boil mango bark powder (20grams) in 1 liter water & boil the water till it reduced to 250 ml (or grams) add some salt in it & drink to cure diarrhea.
