But this odorous spice is very beneficial to increase healthy sperm count. 

Garlic is very rich in allicin, which is known as an organosulfur compound, this compound improves blood flow to the sexual organs naturally, and encourages formation of sperm, and it also prevents existing sperms from damage and regulates hormones. Ingredients –

5-6 raw garlic cloves
2 fresh carrots
1 tablespoon of honey


Direction -

Take 5-6 raw garlic and make fine paste of it. Add this paste in glass of carrot juice, also add 1 tablespoon of honey to it. Consume this juice daily in the morning before your breakfast or with breakfast. Do this regularly for 1-2 months and see the magical effects.

2. Garlic Chutney

Ingredients


15-20 raw garlic cloves
1 tomato
Salt
Red chili powder

Direction -

Smash 15-20 raw garlic cut the tomato and blend all them in mixer grinder to make paste. Then add pinch of salt and pinch of chili powder to improve taste. Eat this garlic chutney along with your meal or brown bread or chapattis. Finish this chutney in 1-2 days.

3. Garlic with beetroot

Ingredients –

1 cup grated beetroot
15-20 raw garlic cloves
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Red chili powder
Salt


Direction 

Blend beetroot and garlic in the mixer grinder and make paste. Add salt and chili powder as your requirement, and add lemon juice to it. You can use this chutney in your sandwiches, eat this chutney with omelets or consume along with other food like rice, chapattis etc.


4. Low calorie garlic Chutney

Ingredients 


1 cup garlic cloves
1 cup fresh coriander leaves
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1-2 tablespoon tamarind (imli) paste
Salt
Red chili powder.

Direction

Blend all the ingredients in the mixer grinder with using 1 cup of water (use water as required to make fine paste), also add lemon juice, salt and red chili powder as per requirement. That’s it. Store this chutney in the refrigerator. 

Add garlic in your regular diet to improve your sexual performance rapidly. Add chopped garlic in your regular vegetables salad, soup etc. Try to use raw garlic for fast result. Best of luck.
